The book corner
In kitchens' library you'll find a selection of titles that allow you to intensify your technical and culinary knowledge o simply satisfy your gastronomical curiosity: over 1500 books, of which numerous from foreign publishers.
Amongst the most respected Italian publishers in the food and wine industry with innovative titles dedicated to the world of food, kitchen carries them all: La Bibliotheca Culinaria, Luxury Books, Guido Tommasi Editore, Gambero Rosso, as well as classics like Il Cucchiaio d'Argento.
This year was also the year kitchen published its own book titled "In cucina da kitchen": a collection of all the recipes proposed during our cooking classes by our experienced and innovative chefs.
